Interviewer:
How long have you been a driving instructor for?
AllPass Driving Academy:
I have been a driving instructor for the last 9 years and have given thousands of driving lessons to people, young and old all over Perth’s southern suburbs.
Interviewer:
What do you enjoy most about your work?
AllPass Driving Academy:
I really enjoy seeing people improve beyond what they expected. When I see a student who is anxious and inexperienced develop into a safe, confident driver, then I get a sense of achievement. And I love getting follow up feedback from parents and students after they pass their test. It makes it all worthwhile.
Interviewer:
How have you seen the industry change here in Perth?
AllPass Driving Academy:
I have seen the industry become more competitive and a number of the road rules change. There are now more driving schools in Perth which means that we need to keep maintaining our own website and social media pages to remain relevant and to keep an active online presence so that new clients can easily find us online. Also, a larger number of people are choosing to receive automatic vehicle driving lessons instead of a manual vehicle so that they can get their licence faster and easier. It’s a great option for those that only every intend to drive automatic vehicles. Ideally it is better to have a license for both, but I can understand the appeal for those whose parents only have automatic vehicles for them to practice in.
